Elyssa started her undergraduate degree at Maryland Institute College of Art where she studied painting and graphic design, when she realized her interest in the medcial arts she transferred to Arcadia University. There she graduated with a BA in Scientific and Pre-Medical Illustration. She has recently completed her graduate studies in medical and biological illustration at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Department of Art as Applied to Medicine.
